StrideCore records pressure, motion and environmental conditions across both feet during movement outside the lab.

StrideCore Prototype 3.0 smart sensing insoles

Prototype 2.0 measured each foot separately.

Four pressure zones in each insole produced usable readings, but the two data streams were not synchronized.

External wires supplied power and carried the readings out for separate analysis.

Prototype 3.0 adds timing and movement context.

Four plantar-pressure zones in each insole work alongside six-axis motion, temperature and humidity sensing.

Rechargeable power and wireless offload make the system portable. Timestamps allow recordings from both insoles to be combined later during post-processing away from the edge.

Prototype 3.0 supports partner evaluation and validation. It is not presented as a production medical device.

Prototype 4.0 moves more recording and processing onboard.

The target specification adds eight pressure zones, nine-axis motion sensing, real-time alignment between the insoles, Bluetooth Low Energy and store-and-forward storage.

Satellite positioning, fast charging and a battery fuel gauge are also planned for the Q1 2027 development target.

Prototype 5.0 extends sensing toward intervention.

The longer-term roadmap includes ten or more pressure zones, chemical sensing, expandable heart-rate and muscle-activity inputs, and haptic feedback.

Partner integrations, channel-sounding trilateration and energy harvesting remain development objectives. No public delivery date has been set.

The platform has progressed from a wired proof of concept to working portable hardware, with two planned generations ahead.
